Hand to Hand is a non-profit, dues-based organization. Dues are a “membership fee” and are not based on a per-class payment. Payment of the membership fee gives students access to an unrestricted number of regular classes for which they are qualified (some classes may have specific belt level requirements).
REGULAR DUES
• Monthly dues are on a sliding scale, $65-150 per month. Please decide on and pay a set fee as a fair reflection of your earnings. Dues are paid at the beginning of each month.
• A late charge of $5 applies for dues paid after the 10th of the month.
• Please place dues payments in the mailbox in the back hall. Hand to Hand accepts cash or checks, or you can pay online on our website.
LEAVES OF ABSENCE
As a dues-based organization (similar to any gym or membership organization), Hand to Hand requests that students maintain their dues payments when they take a leave or vacation. Always inform the Head Instructor if you plan to be absent for an extended period of time. Students who need to take a leave of more than two months should consult with the Head Instructor regarding dues payments during their absence.
